This is the photo of Rihanna after the alleged beating given to her by, current boyfriend, Chris Brown released yesterday by TMZ Magazine. It will be up to the Los Angelos DA to determine whether or not Brown will be prosecuted with any additional charges. He is currently charged with "making criminal threats" a felony punishiable by up to 9 years in prison and out on bail. A "Domestic Violence" charge would only get him 4.
